Discovering God's Creation Science 9-12: Forensics: Crime Scene Investigation

Science 9-12: Forensics - Crime Scene Investigation is a comprehensive course for homeschool students that encompasses all the interesting aspects of forensic science.  Homeschool students will learn the various techniques used in crime scene investigations, such as what types of evidence are gathered at crime scenes, what measures are taken by the forensic scientist to prevent evidence tampering, and how the crime scene is protected until the forensic scientist has completed the crime scene investigation.  This course explains the importance of fingerprint matching and DNA profiling, and how these techniques have aided forensic scientists in solving hundreds of crimes.  Homeschool students who may be considering a career in crime scene investigation will find that this course provides an excellent background in forensic science.
