Premier Technology 6-12: Media Arts

Multimedia saturates our world and is growing more rapidly every day, from animated movies and video to online animations, music and audio files. Media Arts is a video intensive course that will study movies, television, reality shows, and documentaries, and how they affect our culture. Studying such topics as web design and animation, as well as learning about the various technologies employed in these industries, homeschool students will learn how multimedia is impacting our modern society. This course is an excellent introduction into today’s modern media, and will help prepare the homeschool student for more specific media coursework in the future.
