The HSLDA Extends a Helping Hand
A Tennessee superintendent has misinterpreted a homeschooling law and thus sparked the ire of the Home School Legal Defense Association, an advocate group dedicated to ensuring the legality of homeschooling nationwide. Inviting families to contact them for assistance, the HSLDA once again takes an active role in the welfare of homeschoolers.

I think HSLDA is one of the most notable organizations with which homeschooling parents can get involved. Not only do they assist families nationwide, but they can help us connect with one another. I make sure to always recommend this association to homeschoolers both new and old. People helping people is a great thing.
